Account and registration

During registration on kepri, you provide a username (3–20 characters), email address, phone number, and password. After you create your account, we send a verification code to your email. Enter that code to activate your account. Once activated, you log in and upload identity documents (government-issued ID such as KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement). We verify these documents within 24 hours. Only after verification can you deposit and withdraw. This process protects both you and kepri by confirming your identity and preventing fraud.

If you forget your kepri password, go to the login page and click the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter your username or email address. We send a password-reset link to your email. Click that link and create a new password. The link is valid for 2 hours. If the link expires, request a new one. Make sure your new password is at least 8 characters long and contains both letters and numbers. Once you reset your password, you can log in immediately. If you do not receive the reset email within subject to verification, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Payments and transactions

Yes. kepri accepts deposits via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment. When you select a bank transfer, we generate a unique virtual-account number for your deposit. Transfer funds from your bank account to that number. The deposit usually appears in your kepri account within subject to verification. For withdrawals, we transfer funds back to the bank account you used for your deposit. kepri does not charge a bank-transfer fee, but your bank may apply a small inter-bank fee. For deposits from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and other Indonesian cities, bank transfers are available 24/7. You receive the full amount you transfer to us, and you receive the full amount you request to withdraw (subject to verification and processing windows). However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge a small fee for transfers. For example, online payment and e-wallet typically do not charge platform fees, but some banks apply a small inter-bank transfer fee. mobile banking transfers are fee-free on most platforms. Check with your bank or e-wallet provider for their current fee schedule. Once your withdrawal is approved, the funds transfer to your registered payment method within the standard processing window.
